My Classifieds is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. This policy explains age restrictions, advertiser responsibilities, prohibited underage content, adult-content handling and the responsibilities of visitors using the platform.
This policy applies to visitors, registered users, advertisers and content submitted to the platform. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Safety Guidelines and Posting Guidelines.
The platform contains or may link to classified advertisements intended for an adult audience. Access is not appropriate for children.
You must be at least 18 years old, and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law in your location, to access adult-oriented areas of the website or create an advertiser account.
Every advertiser submitting adult-oriented content must be an adult and must ensure that any person depicted, named or represented in submitted content is also an adult where adult content is involved.
An advertiser must not create, publish or manage a listing on behalf of an underage person.
Content that sexualizes, exploits, depicts or appears to solicit a person under 18 is prohibited. This includes text, photographs, illustrations, contact information and misleading age statements.
Being an adult platform does not mean all content is permitted. Advertisements must still comply with the Posting Guidelines and applicable law.
Advertisers must have the necessary rights and permission to upload images. Images of minors must never be used in adult advertisements. Images may be compressed, resized, converted to WebP or watermarked by the platform.
Stolen images, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation material and media that violates another person's rights may be removed.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that people represented in their listing have consented to the lawful use of their image, identity and information. A platform listing must not be used to threaten, harass, shame or expose another person.
If you are shown or named in content without permission, you can submit a dedicated content-removal request.
Adults should independently evaluate listings and communications. Never treat a listing, badge, contact button or publication status as a guarantee of identity, safety, legality, availability or service quality.
Users can report suspected underage content, unauthorized images, impersonation, coercion, scams or other policy violations. Give the exact listing URL and enough information for the concern to be assessed.
We may review, reject, suspend, restrict or remove content that appears inconsistent with this policy. Accounts associated with serious or repeated violations may be restricted.
Publication or approval of a listing does not certify the advertiser's identity or independently verify every claim unless a specific verification status expressly states otherwise.
Parents and guardians should use appropriate device, browser, network or parental-control tools where minors may access the internet. If you believe a minor has accessed or submitted information to the platform, contact us with enough detail to investigate the issue.
This policy may be updated as the platform, legal requirements or safety practices change. The latest published version applies from its stated update date.
Use the appropriate reporting or removal process rather than sharing sensitive information publicly.
